Accepted payment methods

We currently accept the following payment options at checkout:

Visa (credit/debit)

MasterCard (credit/debit)

PayPal (including PayPal balance, linked bank account, or PayPal Credit)

We do not accept American Express, Discover, gift cards other than Visa/Mastercard gift cards, cash, checks, or wire transfers.

Currency and pricing

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) . If your bank or card issuer uses a different currency, the exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees are solely your responsibility.

Security

Your payment information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We are PCI‑DSS compliant – your card details are never stored on our servers. Payments are tokenised and handled directly by our payment gateway (Stripe) or PayPal.

No hidden fees

We do not charge any additional fees for using credit cards or PayPal. The price you see at checkout is the total price (excluding any customs duties for Canadian orders, as noted in our Shipping Policy). There are no membership fees, processing fees, or surcharges.

Payment failures

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or PayPal. We do not automatically retry failed payments. You will need to place a new order or update your payment method.

Pre‑orders and subscriptions

We do not offer subscription billing at this time. For pre‑order items, your card will be charged immediately to reserve the product – not at the time of shipment.

Disputed charges

If you believe a charge on your statement is incorrect, please contact us first at info@vervecooffee.com. We will try to resolve the issue within 2 business days before you initiate a chargeback.
