Our 30‑day return window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
What can be returned?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is unused (no more than a small sample removed for testing)
It is in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact
Or the product has a quality issue (e.g., off taste, damaged bag, missing parts)
Coffee beans are perishable – for non‑quality returns, the bag must still be more than 80% full. We do not accept returns on gift cards or final‑sale items.
How to start a return
Send an email to info@vervecooffee.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
Free returns – no restocking fee
Returns are completely free. We cover the return postage (via our prepaid label) and charge no restocking fee.

Please include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
Refund timing
Once we receive your returned item(s), we inspect them within 1–2 business days. If approved, we process the refund to your original payment method.
The refund will appear on your statement within 7–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a clear quality defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
