AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website vervecooffee.com (the “Site”) operated by Verve Cooffee (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our Site.

ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

A binding contract between you and Verve Cooffee is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation email.
