How we process your order
We roast and pack your coffee with care. All orders placed before 12:00 PM PT (Monday–Friday) are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to all 50 US states (including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses) and Canada (all provinces except territories). At this time we do not ship internationally to other countries.
Delivery time after dispatch
United States: 3–5 business days
Canada: 4–7 business days (delivery to remote areas may take 1–2 extra days)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or extreme weather events.
Shipping cost
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on every order – no minimum purchase required. Expedited or express shipping is not available at this time.
Carrier selection
We work with a variety of reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). The carrier for your specific order will be chosen automatically based on your destination and package weight. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Customs & duties for Canadian orders
For deliveries to Canada, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
Missing or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@vervecooffee.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
