Welcome to the Verve Cooffee FAQ. We’ve gathered answers to our most common questions to help you quickly find the information you need. If you can’t find the answer here, please contact our support team.

Ordering & Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping on every order to the United States (all 50 states) and Canada. No minimum purchase required. The price you see is the total price (excluding any customs duties for Canadian orders, as noted in our Shipping Policy).

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch:

United States: 3–5 business days

Canada: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed during peak seasons or extreme weather. We currently do not ship outside the US and Canada.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly using the carrier’s tracking page.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept American Express, Discover, or other payment methods at this time.

Returns, Refunds & Guarantee
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30‑day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund – no restocking fee.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply email our support team at info@vervecooffee.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and step‑by‑step instructions.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. Returns are free. We provide a prepaid label – you do not pay any shipping costs for returns.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive and approve your returned item (usually within 1–2 business days of receipt), we process the refund immediately. The credit typically appears on your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vervecooffee.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Product & Quality
Q: What does “Verve Cooffee quality” mean?
A: We focus on freshness and flavour. Every batch is cupped and tested before shipping. We reject any roast that does not meet our standards. If a bag ever tastes off or does not meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund you – no questions asked.

Q: Where are your products sourced?
A: Our green coffee beans are sourced directly from small farming communities in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala. Roasting and packaging are done at our facility in California.
