Our team
We’re a small group – roasters, packers, customer care specialists, and logistics pros. Our lead roaster has over a decade of specialty coffee experience. Our customer service team replies to every message personally, usually within a few hours during business days.
Quality you can taste
We cup every batch and reject any roast that doesn’t meet our flavor standards. If a bag ever tastes off or doesn’t make you happy, we’ll replace it or refund you – no questions asked. That’s our promise.
Packaging & sustainability
Our shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled material and are fully compostable. We are actively moving toward plastic‑free packaging.
